Wanda has to "do the math" in order to use her powers - she must calculate the mathematical probability that the effect she intends to create will actually happen, with the more unlikely the effect, the more complex the mathematic formula. Thankfully her strong head for numbers makes this fairly easy for her. Wanda can fly, alter reality, create force fields, and teleport objects. A drawback is that Wanda must use her hands to channel her powers. While capable of catastrophic reality-changing, doing so would very likely kill her. In other words? She doesn’t go there, thanks. Appearance Height: 5’7 Eyes: Dark brown; almost black. Hair: Dark brown and naturally curly. Face & Complexion: Very pale and almost doll-like. Delicate and clearly well taken care of. They and their adopted sister, Lorna, were raised by Magnus (their mother long since dead and rarely spoken of) as he built Genosha into a thriving mutant-friendly country, influence and power spreading to other parts of Africa. As members of the Royal House, the three children were trained and highly educated, though Pietro was often too impatient and active to really absorb everything he was taught. Wanda was sent to a highly considered boarding school when she was young, where she learned all about politics, diplomacy, etiquette and culture. She was taught how to play chess, host a dinner party and seduce a man into submission. She was taught everything necessary to become the next ruler of Genosha with her potential husband, Namor of Atlantis. She returned to Genosha and resumed her place with her family. Unfortunately, Namor wasn’t so enamored of the idea of marrying her (or she him), so tensions ran high. But Wanda enjoyed playing with her young niece, Luna, and helping her adopted sister Lorna prepare for her first pregnancy, all while attending to her father and matters of state.
